Phaze Counseling Services Inc. is a Community Mental Health program designed to offer treatment services to minors and adults with persistent mental illness and maladaptive functioning.
We specialize in providing innovative, evidence-based services to children and families dealing with mental health issues. It is our goal to empower and educate children and their families at any phase of their journey toward wellness and recovery by providing access to comprehensive behavioral healthcare services in our community.
